Started the day out nice ,cleaned and loaded the large egg and had a nice brisket ready to go on. Had the fire going nicely and steady at 225 put on the beef and it held steady for 2.5 hours, I left for work, came home early and the fire was out! The meat was till hot enough to be OK I stuffed it in a crock pot with some red wine and chiopolti BBq sauce and had it on high for 3 hours. It was good, flavor was great but that was the first time I lost a fire :( I think I see a Guru in my future. Julie
