Her coffee encrusted pork tenderloin hit a 10 on the WOW factor! The redeye bbq sauce made this and brought it all together.
I started by making her rub last night and wrapping in plastic for the night, put on 325 direct and turned every 10 min per the recipe. I did notice that the temp climbed to 350 because of the lid being opened. 40 minutes it hit 145 and 10 min rest before slicing.
