Pork Loin

Here's about a 4# hunk of pork loin that we cooked tonight. I gave it a light coating of some new Kirkland steak rub I found at Costco today (which wasn't bad at all) and sprinkled some rosemary over that and let it sit and infuse for a while, then grilled it direct at 350 deg F using the cast iron grate. I pulled it when it reached 150 deg F internal around 40 minutes later and gave it a ten minute rest before carving. It had a great char on the outside and was tender and juicy on the inside. This is my first pork loin - I've done a bunch of tenderloins but until now haven't tried a loin.
