Careful with the Italion sausage. Is it hot? My ABT'S are talking back to me now. The dog thinks I'm crazy & wife said I'm sleeping in guest room (lol) not kidding. Sunset is beautiful.

I made the sausage and my wife doesn't like the hot version, are you sure it was the sausage and not the jalepenos? -RP
-
Beautiful photos, both. I can just taste those peppers.
Hey, try cropping some of the foreground out of the sunset photo (maybe cut the bottom 1/4 off the frame) - I think with that little modification that photo will really pop nicely. Sorry, I know this is unsolicited advice, but I just couldn't hold back - I like the photo.
Cheers,

Been wanting to stuff some myself. Looks good! I can see the peppers but not sunset. O well peppers is whats important.

Thanks Jason, did you see this one? -RP

Wonder why? Did you scroll down the post? -RP

New forum glitch I guess. I tryed threaded, clasic and flat and all I can see is the peppers. On a lot of the post I can't see anything

Show off!
Beautiful! -
Great photos.
I like they way you opened the peppers. I haven't done them often, but I always screw up and half them - then have trouble keeping the stuffing inside.
I learned a valuable tip here. Great post - thanks! -
Just finished them, the anahiems had a lot more heat so I liked them better. Kim liked the poblano one better. Either way they were good. -RP

I was looking at them and wanted to half them but they were 3 sided and I couldn't figure out how they would sit on the gril. So I just took enough off to clean them and stuff them. -RP
-
Those look really good. I wish we could get those peppers locally.
-
Todd - I get poblanos and anaheims pretty regularly at Krogers on the Northside.
If not there, you may have a whole foods or fresh market down south side that will have them.
Of course, you could check the DeKalb Farmers Market too.
