How long for wings on a chicken rack?

For those of you who have one of those Home Depot chicken racks, how long does it take to do wings on it and what temps do you use?

I do them direct on a raised grid at 350 dome for about an hour. I take them to 190-195 internal and they are just like they were fried. -RP -

I do mine indirect at about 250/275 for about 2.5 hours. I've used the recipe for Ga Red wings off this forum and they come out GREAT! Wish I had some now, especially since my Redskins are losing 10-0.

Forgot to tell ya I rotate the rack around three of four times during the cook. -RP
