Could someone give me the Dome Temp for doing Beef Stew in a Dutch oven on the egg?
How long to boil for and what smoke to use if any?

This was successful for me when I cooked a pot roast. Hope it helps. Never done this type of attachment yet, so I hope it gets there...

Just think of your egg as a ceramic oven and do what you would in your house oven. That being said, I usually go about 350 and only use smoke if I think it would enhance the stew and whomever is expected to eat would apprecaite smoke flavor. Hope this helps a little.
