Did 2 of these monsters last night..pushin close to 2# each...this one was Sally`s which was rare and mine was more medium-medium well..and that is a full size dinner plate...cooked at around 600° "DOME" for about 5 - 6 minutes per side no dwell...they were GREAT...approx 1 1/4 - 1 1/2" thick[p]Wess
