Mornin all!!!![p]A couple of weeks ago I came up with a different appetizer to cook. I normally trim my wings to remove most of the excess skin to justify to myelf that their not too bad for the old ticker. Well I bought a couple of bonless/skinless chicken breats and cut them into strips. I then put them in a ziploc bag with my favorite marinade stuff and put them to sleep in the fridge for 2 days. Set up my egg just like I was cookin wings and let her rip. Quite tasty I might add. No fat and no leftovers.
