Last all nighter before the Stoker arrives

<p />I put this 8 lb butt on at 9:00 pm as a late Christmas gift for my dad who is a die hard BBQ lover and has been stuck in Denver for the last 2 weeks for work. Unfortunately I didn't order the stoker in time for the cook so I'm roughing it.[p]Also, notice the new table for the Egg. Got it from the manager of the Gap who was going to through it away.

Dimple's Mom, Yep your right. Tossing and turning in bed. Nightmarish dreams of sub 200 degree temps. LOL[p]I'm going to put my laptop next to my bed with Stoker Log on it and just open my eyes to see if everything is working.
