So Caleb and I have been planning on making your margarita shrimp and avacado quesadillas for dinner tomorrow night. Before he went to the store today, he checked your recipe to be sure we get all the ingredients. (All year long book, pg.128) So our question is...Where do the avacados come in? They are in the name of the dish, but no where in the ingredients or directions. I don't mean to be an ass by pointing out an error, but I really think they would be good with avavcado in them and I am not sure how to proceed.
