If you're planning to use that wok on your BGE I would highly recommend ordering a "spider" from tjv. It is s circle of metal with 5 legs that sits in your fire ring indentions and makes woking easy! I'd wok every other night myself, but wifey gets bored with it - but it's a nice chandge and and nice addition to your cukinary skills.

    Thanks for reply.
I got a flat bottom style thought might sit better on grid.

How about a few setup hints?
    1. Temp
    2. Oil in wok ok on egg?
    3. useful tools
    4. recipes, recipes, recipes....
