Four Filets Find Fire

As a break from all that pork tenderloin last night we decided to explore the other tenderloin. Filet Migon is one of our favorites and I had not tried the egg and this particular cut so the fire was stoked and the meat prepared. Results were very favorable and this avenue will be traveled again.

    ravnhaus,
Your story reads better than a novel. If you scroll slowly it is very suspenseful as well. Plus, you are making me hungry for steak and I just ate breakfast. Thanks for sharing.[p]Steve

    ravnhaus,
Wonderful, great pictures as usual. This time I was smart, would not look at your pictures till I ate. Damn things still made me hungry. Keep up the good work.
