<p />Pork Chops,Red,Orange,Yellow and Green Peppers.Cooked direct at 350 dome-very surprised on the tenderness of the chops,used Char Crust and for the wife just salt and pepper.

    Jim R, Good looking meal. I also love them grilled peppers. they are sweet tasting and go with about anything. Next time if available throw on some zucchini cut lenthwise. Did you use any seasonings or marinade on the veggies? I baste with Italian dressing on them and they taste mighty fine. Do some mushrooms with them also. Just got done eating but still looks good enough to sample right now.

    Just used olive oil and garlic powder,have to try some of that squash,sounds great.Gives me ammunition for mini or small,yahoo!
