Christmas Prime Rib

<p />Fought the weather and the wind while the BGE performed beautifully. Cooked prime for seven. Used Mad Max's method and pulled and tented at 133. Max said 125 but I missed it by a few degrees. One side was more well done than the other. I guess I should have laid it on the bone side down. Adding a link that I hope shows up that show different stages of the cook. Haven't tried this before so we will see.[p]Hope everyone had a great Christmas.[p]gscottn
