Rump Roast

The rump is finished.
Final temp 190.
Had to wrap it in foil last 2 hours.
Cooked for 7 hours.
Sprayed it about every hour untill I wrapped it in foil with apple cider.
Considering it is a rump roast (not sirloin) I'd say it turned out pretty damn tasty.
A little on the dry side but very tasty.[p]Rump.jpg[p]Would I do this again, yes I would.[p]
