We did 2 racks of babybacks today using our tried and true rub (which I am getting tired of). Used the 3-1-1 method and for the last 30 minutes I put some Blues Hog Gourmet Finishing Sauce on one of the racks. I have tried a lot of items recommended on this forum, but this product more than lived up to its reputation! We have some of their rub and BBQ sauce and will be using it in the near future. Great Sauce![p]Here's what they looked like. The Blues Hog Gourmet Finishing Sauce is towards the front of the BGE.

EagerEgger,[p]Looks good, Mike. Nothing like the smell of ribs on the cooker! What did you use for smoke?
