Have a large egg and love it ,just got a New small ,can you small owners tell me how long on a fill can you do a 250 slow cook and how long can you go 350 on a fill

AAIND, we do ribs at 250 for up to 7 hours. At 350, we have gone 5 hours, and still had lump left.

If you fill to almost the top of the fire box you should get 15 hrs at 250. I've had mine go for 16 and there was still lump left. That is using ozark oak. I'm thinking that I have gotten at least 7 or 8 at 350. Cheryl
