Hoo Hoo Cheese Smokers

I was smoking up some pistachios yesterday, and had a little room left. I put in a chunk of feta and smoked it to a light pecan color. I just tried a slice with lunch: excellent! The saltiness of the feta complements the sweetness of the smoke. You definitely have to try this.[p]Ken

    BlueSmoke, I just went shopping at Sams Club for cheese. Picked up four or five types, but I don't think feta was one...next time. Tom
