<p />Well my BGE finally got here, and I'm thrilled. Per the wife's request the first thing to be cooked was Steak. So I tried to sear them and the came off beautifully. [p]The thing I love the most is the temperature control, well maybe that or the whole cooking experience <grin>[p]Will post a follow up shortly with pictures of the steak.

Mark, what kind of wood is that? It's a beauty of a table. It looks like pine but I'm thinking some hardwood since some of your comments appear to indicate a kit of some sort. Sorry, if this is a dumb question, I don't get to read the forum every day.
