We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Barbecued Spaghetti...........

It is 11:30 PM and my wife is pestering me to go to bed but I have to tell you about the Barbecued Spaghetti I read about, tried and enjoyed from Smoke & Spice.
Cook the noodles in water as usual but instead of the tomato sauce and hamburger, use your favorite bbq sauce and some of that shredded pork butt or brisket you cooked this weekend.
Everyone I have fed this to loved it.[p]Marv
