We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. My Chili

The board is kind of slow so I will do a Chili update. It's coming along fine, the egg is down to about 225° (before I put the dutch oven in it was 400° so I just closed it down with the Chili in it) It's reducing and I may add a little more tomato sauce as it was a little too hot do to my handy hand with the red pepper shaker. Ü
Smells great, have to get more containers so I can freeze some. I am only one, so it's a lot of Chili
