Blue Marlin Ribeye result....

This was one excellent piece of meat. I like filets, but ribeyes are my favorite cut. Especially if they are 1.5 to 2 inches thick.[p]The Blue Marlin (Inner Beauty) brand seasoning is a nice diversion. It is not hot at all, very smooth but full of subtle spices.[p]The only mistake was timing, it cooked a weee bit too long. We seared it 2 minutes per side and then baked for four minutes. Three minutes would have been more to my liking. But this cut of meat was still nice and moist and full of red juices.[p]We will do this again.[p]Fritz
