Hey guys,[p]I just cranked up my first egg. It is a small one. I am going to cook a pork loin this afternoon. My wife is very skeptical. I need to make this perfect. Any thoughts?[p]

    Cook between 300 and 350. Pull it out when internal hits 140* and you will have won her over....
