First Meal on Egg

Tonight was my first meal cooked on my new Egg. I didn't want to burn things up so I slow cooked some hamburgers (around 350 degrees) and some sweet potatoes in a cast iron skillet. Everything turned out great for a first time effort. There was a nice redish ring around the hamburgers, which is something I've never experienced before using gas grills. I guess that's the flavor thing people were talking about. Thanks for everyone that gives information and pictures on this forum, as it helped me make an informed decision on my egg and has prepared me for future cooking experiences.
