Just wanted to pass along my thanks to the many eggers who replied to my plea for help last week. My problem was in handling pizza dough, and, following the suggestion of several of you, I used parchment paper - with Trader Joe's dough. I held the temperature to 500 degrees, and everything turned out just right. [p]I've posted several questions over the past seven months and in each case I've received thoughtful and always helpful replies. This really enhances the Egging experience. So thanks again to all.
