RRP...the "how do I reheat PP?" question is probably getting old...
Options
but I just wanted to clarify one thing.[p]Do you put the 4lbs of PP into the crock pot while still frozen? Or do you put it in the fridge for a few days prior to thaw that way?[p]I know you said you put it on low and it takes a few hours.[p]Thank you very much in advance. This is important because I'm bringing some frozen PP this Saturday to the Apple Cup (UW vs. WSU) and I want it to be great![p]

Mukl,[p]Via thirdeye, the secret that you don't reveal is Coca Cola: Crock-Pot or slow cook it, but don't tell ANYONE[p]

Mukl,
leave it in the sealed bag that you froze it in and put that into boiling water. THEN, into the crock pot w/coke or applejuice.
-
Mukl,
nothing wrong with letting it thaw in the bags in the fridge overnight, then putting in the crock pot.[p]since it's the apple cup, i'd use some apple juice in the crock pot too

My response was via a 'collection of responses'.[p]I MUST give credit to RRP for that one because he's posted it many many times (I remember, just bad memory).....[p]Thanks RRP because your method is the best.[p]-Jeeves
