Couldn't stand it anymore

<p />After seeing so many pictures of pulled pork I just couldn't stand it anymore. Did a 4 pounder yesterday for dinner. Cooked at 225° for about 9 hours. As you can see (hopefully) it was so tender I had trouble getting it off the Egg even with tongs. Wonderful stuff![p]Kelly Keefe

  • Kelly Keefe, if you pulled it just for a photo opp, it's okay, but don't let us catch you tasting before the pictures. That is rude. I do it occasionally,, but I always scold myself and promise to restrain myself.[p]I can smell that pig. Ummm, just had lunch and that still makes my stomach growl. Way to go. You are now a pulledporkaholic.
