Couldn't stand it anymore
<p />After seeing so many pictures of pulled pork I just couldn't stand it anymore. Did a 4 pounder yesterday for dinner. Cooked at 225° for about 9 hours. As you can see (hopefully) it was so tender I had trouble getting it off the Egg even with tongs. Wonderful stuff![p]Kelly Keefe
