I just got a new addition to the family this weekend, a Medium BGE, which hasnt been fired up yet. I thought about initiating it with a pie for Thanksgiving...can anyone give me any recommendations/recipe for a pie (Pecan? Chess? Pumpkin Pie?) that have been baked on the egg with better than average results. [p]Ps. Folks will be visiting and wanting to show off the Eggs' versatility.[p]Thanks
