What do you guys figure for cook time/#. I've got a 11# bird. 325 degrees for 3'40"?

    11 lb. bird I'd cook until the breast internal temp reaches 165 degrees. At 325* it will take aprox 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 hours, is my guess.
