If I want to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving on a raised grill (so I can place water pan under bird) on a large egg... what am I looking at for a max size on my bird?[p]My raised grill set level with the top of the open egg... though I can lower a bit if need be.[p]Thanks for the info!

SirKeats,
I've egged a 24.5# in my large - only thing was to remove the dome thermometer before closing the lid so as to not impale the bird - then gently put it back being mindful that you are not stabbing it.

SirKeats,[p]From BGE's site;[p]The Large EGG can cook:
20-pound turkey
12 burgers
6 chickens vertically
8 steaks
7 racks of ribs vertically
