Purchased a Green Egg about a month ago. I will be smoking my first Turkey this Thanksgiving. I wanted to see if there were any tips/advice out there. Thanks for the help.

    scroll down read all the mad max turkey posts. go to naked whiz and read max's recipe. and don't use too much smoke easy to over power the delicate flavor with the smoke,
