after I take it off, what is the best way to pull the pork? I am wanting to make sandwiches. Do I need to apply BBQ sauce or do I just have the sauce sitting on the table for people to use if they wish? Also, I have two butts with the bone in, the total weight is 10.75 lbs. How many people will this feed. I'm expecting between 20 and 30 and I have a pork loin roast that't just dying to be cooked if need be.
