I guess I've officially arrived as this will be my first post. I joined the BGE family in June when I purchased my Large BGE. Since then it's been nothing short of nirvana. Great cooks & fun times (can't get rid of the neighbors either). Now for business...
I'm soon to receive my Woo2. I'm thinking about replacing my original porcelain grate. However I'm not sure whether to go with a cast iron, stainless or nickel coated grate. Any recommendations from the Egg community would be appreciated...

Wasted Words,[p]I use cast iron for high temps and the porcelain grid for low temps.[p]I do not use the cast iron for chicken. Burnt chicken skin is not good eats.[p]Why not have both and have the extra versatility.
