Friends gave us a elk arm roast and we would love to cook ur up on our BGE, not being familiar with either an arm roast or elk could you all give some direction on this.

Mark,[p]You are one lucky man. Elk is fine eating. Treat it like a lean cut of beef. Salt Pepper Galic and maybe thyme. in equal parts of the first three and a table spoon of the last mix together and rub elk let stand at room temperature for Thirty minutes. Cook in egg at 375 degrees 20 minutes per pound. Then let it stand covered in foil outside of egg for another 20 minutes the cut and eat. I am jealous. [p]Carl
