Having used BlueSmokes ham recipe a short while ago I have to do another, so I just injected another cure 81 ham, this time I used a mixture of apple cider and Bacardi dark rum, wrapped in plastic for the overnight haul. Will smoke it tomorrow or Saturday.

    Only had a little left so am soaking chicken breast in it. I will pick up another (larger) bottle tomorrow.
