Chex Mix Experiment

To anyone who likes the traditional recipe for home made chex mix,and makes it at home, kick it up a notch with jerk marinade and hot sauce,"I used Mrs. Dogs" added to the original recipe on the box. My daughter loves heat in her food and I thought I'd heat up her chex mix that she likes with a little something different. Good stuff. I did it in the oven, next time maybe a little smoke on the egg.

    J Appledog, We made one batch with 1 Tbs. of your jerk and 1 Tbs. of your dangerously hot pepper sauce. We then went with 2 Tbs of Franks Red Hot and 1 Tbs of your dangerously hot pepper sauce in another batch. This is added to the original recipe for the Chex Mix. Doesn't seem to spicy ar first but sorta sneaks up on you later. Good Stuff
