BGE 500 degrees
Put in prime rib
After 30 minutes at 450 degrees, shut down vents to get to 325 degrees
Roast until 125 internal
About 20 minutes per pound[p]The baked potato dressed with au jus and the spicy green beans were just the right accompaniment along with Ch Lanessan Haut Medoc '98.[p]. . . . Pete[p]
