Here are a couple of shots of my Sunday lunch cook. The wings were fantastic. I seasoned them with some chili powder made by a friend from Sri Lanka that was HOT and added some DP, Jamaican Firewalk and some Tsunami Spin. [p]The sausage selection was great -- hard to decide which one was best. There are two each Fresh Pork and Garlic Grillers, Garlic with Red Pepper Grillers, Buffalo Chicken and Blue Cheese Grillers, and Chicken, Sun-dried Tomato & Basil Grillers. [p]
