Juices didn't burn - great advice from the forum

Whenever I cook anything indirect with a drip pan the juices always burn. This time I followed the advice from this forum and used ceramic spacers between the drip pan and the pizza stone. Cooked the turkey on a vertical roaster at 325* and the juices didn’t burn. Made great gravy. Thanks for the advice.
