<p />Thanks Cat & C~W for the great turkey. My first egg turkey. We allways did Roasters because the Toms were to dry. Not with the Egg, it was moist and tender. Used Cat's brine recipe and C~W's cooking recommendations. It was great and now I have the green light for more turkeys.
