I am cooking at the egg fest for the 1st time this october. 1.Do we cook one meal or can we cook many different items?
2. Do we cook so there is food all day for the guests or is food only served at 3pm when we shut the eggs down? thanks

    Anthony,[p]You can cook from 9 to 3 if you want... or you can do one or two things, then spend the rest of the time sampling and socializing.[p]I recommend the latter- you'll get to better sample what everyone else is doing, and there is a point mid-day where people are getting stuffed, and tired of meat. Desserts and apps are great fare while everyone is waiting for the ribs...[p]hth[p]Big T
