At what temp are you pulling chicken breasts off the egg? I have cooked a couple of receipes the past couple of weekends and pulled at 170 and they were somewhat dry, not as moist as I want.[p]Thanks

JimF,[p]155 boneless-160 w/ breast bone and they are nice and moist. Have you considered brining?

JimF,[p] USDA says 165 to be safe.[p]

Thanks for the replies. I have not tried brining yet. I cooked Tandori chicken breasts and unfried chicken breasts on Sunday. As I said, both were good but not as moist as I would like. Probably because I overcooked them a bit. I cooked them direct at 350.
