DP Crunchy Chicken Wings

Today I tried the crunchy chicken wings recipe listed on Dizzy Pig. I went with the exact recipe, and the results were great - very crunchy, very hard to stop eating them.[p]
[p]I think that next time I will either try to shake off more of the coating, or use a bit less corn meal in the recipe. The recommended rub was Tsunami Spin, but I look forward to trying this with Raging River as well. IMO, this coating would work even better with breasts or thighs. So many things to cook, so few meals in the day...[p]Thanks DP!

I have to second using less corn meal. Also, the Raging River with the wings is good. The other thing that I found good is to either spray the wings with Pam or to coat lightly with oil. I must say, the recipe is great. Also, the slow cook makes the wings so tender.

Next time make some Alabama White sauce and slosh 'em around in that a bit. Good stuff.
