To Nature Boy & Gfw...a HARDY Thank You!

Yesterday was baby backs using Nature Boy's rib recipe and Gfw's 3/1/1.5 method. I used straight apple juice in the drip pan and smoked with apple chips. Those ribs were excellent!!! I used no BBQ sauce but served the ribs with sauces on the side for dipping but soon discovered it wasn't needed as the rub spoke for it self. Here's the rub:

Chris, if you don't mind I'll share with the good folks here what you told me was the omission in the recipe of the amount of coriander is 1 teaspoon.
Try the rub and the method folks this is a winning combo!

  • Nature Boy, sorry about that I thought you had said a t not a T. I used a t so next time it will be better! BTW I have used that rub on beer butt chicken before and it's clearly an "equal opportunity food enhancer".
