    I am going to stuff it in the Egg if I can. I tried something new for the injection. Newmans family style Italian. I injected a full bottle of this dressing into the shoulder today and it will go on tonight.

    Not to hijack the thread but have you ever heard of Bull Round? I have 2.6 lbs thinly sliced on the egg now for jerky. There I was on topic for this thread.[p]Mike

    We used to buy Bull Meat from Brazil when I was in the grocery business years ago. It came in frozen, we used the band saw to cut into long 1 inch squares to mix with beef for ground chuck. I'll check into Monday with local cutter. This stuff is looking good.[p]Mike

  • BBQ Bob Trudnak,[p]I have a 10# brisket on at 200 with pecan & cherry. Half DP Cow Lick & half turbinado. In hour 19 as I type. :-) At 186 internal now. As soon as it gets to where I want it, I'll separate the point and throw it back on for burnt ends. [p]Cheers, Adrian B.
