My husband has aquired a Canada Goose to cook (yikes!)Does anyone have a recipe and orange sauce, I'll need something to deceive the old brain that I am eating this "delicacy". I am not a game eating person nor is he, but he is a beleiver that anything tastes great on the BGE!
