While we were at the PNW Eggfest last weekend. We sampled some bbq'd pork, complete with hot chinese mustard and sesame seeds. Can anyone provide the recipe and instructions for this? I have eaten alot of this in the past, but nothing like what we had this weekend. I think MadHatter was responsible! [p]Also, last night's cook- sweet Italian sausage links and ABT's (first attempt), AMAZING!! Who knows what tonight will bring. As long as I leave room on there for a couple ball park franks for the little ones, everyone leaves the table fat and happy.
