Chubster, I forgot what you told me in Cali about the topping for the Brie on a plank recipe. Would you be so kind as to let me know what that wonderful combination of flavors is?[p]Thanks,
Bob

<p />Hey Bob,[p]Here is Chubby's recipe. In the photo I took I changed a couple of the colors of the peppers, but the recipe is all Chubby.[p]~thirdeye~[p]

  • thirdeye, et.al., That's quite an interesting looking offering! I've got a sausage & Brie dish that I often serve at cocktail parties and all. It's stick-to-your-ribs stuff and keeps the alcohol absorbtion level down. Served with thick cuts of Italian or French bread it's always a big hit![p]Rascal

    BBQ Bob Trudnak,[p]Morning!![p]
I'm late to the party...but my "Publicist"... Mr. T-Eye's got you covered on the recipe![p]BTW....You comming to Atl?[p]Evans

I spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!!
  • bw, It's quite simple but needs a few hours (2-3) in the oven (plus some TLC) to cook the sausage and allow everything to meld. Unfortunately I'm rather busy at the moment, butt with heated interest I'll post the rx in a day or so.[p]Rascal

Rascal,[p]It's really good. Chubby recommended serving it with Crudités. Man, I had to look that one up. Come to find out, I had some all along.[p]~thirdeye~
