We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. I fired up the large about 1 pm and so far have cooked Italian sausages, sweet potatoes, and abt's. Right now I have chicken quarters cooking away. Tomorrow I plan on cooking up some fajitas on the egg. This week is off to a great start.
