sometimes, the simple things.....
There is no reason to do this on the egg. [p]But[p]Indirect, 350.[p]Baking dish, 1/2 inch water in bottom. Core 4 apples, stuff with brown sugar, granola and extra raisins. Top with Tbl butter each. Sprinkle apple pie seasoning cross the top of everything. Bake without a lid, about an hour. [p]Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Add extra granola or raisins, should you so desire.[p]There is nothing superior to this. There are things fancier, there are things sweeter, there are things finer, but they all come back to having to compete with that warm apple/cream feel in the mouth.[p]
